Your First Visit to Our Seattle Practice
You’ll find a parking lot next to our building; drive up to the top of the lot and park. Enter the building from this level to come straight into the office.
Your first visit will involve completing admitting paperwork, usually just a couple of sheets. If you have been in a collision or injured on the job, there is some additional pages for you to complete. Please plan about 5 minutes for most paperwork and up to 15 minutes if you’ve been injured. Some of this information helps us process your insurance claims. Much of this information helps the doctor focus in on your specific problem.
Charmaine, Wendy or Julie will then take you to a room for your consultation. This conversation with Dr. Hobbs will help him to understand your health history and your health goals. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.
